SPECIAL NOTE: All teams will play one game on Friday night. The first round will begin on Friday at 6:00 p.m. The tournament directors will not accept requests for starting times. You will be contacted by phone or e-mail after brackets have been drawn. Bracket drawing will be held on Saturday, August 19th at noon at the Wickliffe I & A Club.
DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES: August 16, 2006. Entries are on a first-come, first-served basis. Get your entry in early. Copies of this entry form can be made. Teams that meet the entry deadline will be listed in the Cleveland Challenge Cup of Bocce Tournament Program.
QUALIFICATIONS AND LIMITATIONS: Each team must have four members. A fifth member (substitute) is permissible, but this individual cannot be on another team and must register with the team before your first match. Four player T-shirts will be provided to each team with registration. One additional T-shirt may be purchased at cost.
