Time
Schedule: The first round will begin
play on Friday at 6:30 p.m. The tournament
directors will not accept requests for starting
times. You will be contacted by phone after
brackets have been drawn. All local teams
will be eligible to play on Friday night.
Out-of-town teams need to check off their
arrival day on the application (Friday or
Saturday.)
Practice:
Courts will be open for practice on Thursday
from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and on Friday
until 4:30 p.m. Courts must be cleared at
4:30 so the grounds crew can prepare them
properly for the tournament.
Deadline
for entries: We must receive your entry
by August 18, 2004. Entries are on a first-come,
first-served basis. Get your entry in as
early as possible. All teams entered before
August 18th will be listed in the Cleveland
Challenge Cup of Bocce Tournament Program.
Qualifications
and limitations: Each team must have
four members. A fifth member (substitute)
is permissible, but this individual cannot
be on another team and must register with
the team before your first match. All team
members must be available throughout the
tournament.

information: We are fortunate to have
a hotel sponsor for the Cleveland Challenge
Cup of Bocce- visit The
Hampton Inn website, located at
28611 Euclid Ave.; only 11 blocks away from
the I & A Club at 29717 Euclid Ave.
Room
rates are $69 per night, and includes a
Deluxe Continental Breakfast. Make sure
you tell them you are registering with the
block of rooms for the Cleveland Challenge
Cup of Bocce, in order to get the discount
rate. The Group Code is BOC. Call 440-944-4030

the Deluxe Continental Breakfast, free local

makers and coffee.
