On behalf of the Executive Committee, The Board of Directors, The Pat O’Brien Cleveland Challenge Cup of Bocce Tournament Committee and all of the members of the Wickliffe Italian-American Club. We want to welcome all of the teams, players, and spectators to the Wickliffe Italian-American Club for the 25th. Annual Pat O’Brien Chevrolet Cleveland Challenge Cup of Bocce Tournament.

The officers, tournament committee, and all the members of the Wickliffe Italian-American Club are here to make your weekend here at the tournament a memorable experience. We are here to help you in anyway possible, just ask any member wearing a staff shirt and they will assist you in what ever you may need.

Our tournament committee and all of the members of the Wickliffe Italian-American Club have worked very hard in putting this tournament together over the last year. After last years tournament we sent out a questionnaire to all of the team captains, asking them what they liked and didn’t like about our tournament. We received many replies with suggestions, and excellent comments on how we run a tournament and how much everyone loved the improvements we made last year such as covering all but one bocce court and the new restrooms. Players also love the venue of the Wickliffe Italian-American Club, and the hospitality shown by all of the members.

I want to personally thank all the teams and team players for entering this years 25th. Annual Pat O’Brien Chevrolet Cleveland Challenge Cup of Bocce Tournament. We pride ourselves in running the best tournament in the Mid-West. We appreciate all of the support and all of the great friendships we’ve made over the years. We will continue to strive to make each year’s tournament better than the last one.

I want to wish all the teams that entered this year’s tournament the best of luck. Let’s all play the game with great sportsmanship, and above all enjoy your weekend with us.
